Job Description

Seeking a motivated and compassionate Contract Speech-Language Pathologist (1099) to join a growing pediatric therapy team providing Speech, Occupational, and Physical Therapy for young children in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

  • Provide speech therapy to children birth–5 years old, including evaluations, treatment plans, and progress reports.
  • Collaborate with families, educators, and interdisciplinary team members.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and communicate strategies effectively.
  • Position offers flexible scheduling with competitive hourly rates ($45–$50/hour), and opportunities to expand caseloads.
  • Requires Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, active Florida license or eligibility, and ASHA CCC-SLP (or Clinical Fellowship candidates).
  • Ideal for those experienced in early-intervention or preschool settings who value professional autonomy and work-life balance.

    • Work is primarily in early-intervention and preschool settings, with some clinic-based options. This role provides independent contractor flexibility, administrative support, and a collaborative, therapist-driven culture.
