Job Description

We are a woman-owned therapeutic services provider in Idaho Falls seeking qualified independent contractor therapists to deliver high-quality mental health care in a modern, supportive environment with flexible hours.

• Conduct individual and family therapy sessions using evidence-based techniques like CBT
• Maintain confidential, HIPAA-compliant client records
• Stay current with research to offer effective treatments
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals for comprehensive care
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed

Qualifications include a valid license (LPC, LCPC, LMSW, LCSW), experience working with diverse clients, and strong interpersonal and communication skills. Experience with developmental disabilities and children is preferred.

This contract role offers an annual salary of $62,000–$70,000 and a flexible schedule, with work conducted in person. A master’s degree is preferred, and the position emphasizes autonomy and professional growth.
