Job Description

We are seeking a Full-Time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide primary care in Assisted Living Facilities in Hyannis, MA, and nearby areas.

  • Perform primary care visits, medication reconciliations, and annual wellness exams five days a week.
  • Examine patients, review medical records, order and interpret diagnostic tests, diagnose conditions, and prescribe medications.
  • Educate patients and families on health issues, promote healthy practices, and oversee overall patient health.
  • Maintain accurate records and schedules, and stay current with professional development and research.
