We are a family-oriented healthcare provider seeking a compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner to join our team in Moulton, AL.

Responsibilities include conducting patient assessments, diagnosing and treating illnesses, developing treatment plans, prescribing medications, providing health education, and collaborating with healthcare team members. The role also involves maintaining accurate records, offering behavioral health support, and providing occupational health services.

Qualifications required are a valid Nurse Practitioner license in Alabama, a Master’s in Nursing specialized as a Family Nurse Practitioner, and at least 2 years of experience, preferably with children. ICU or ER experience is a plus.
