Job Description
The Therapist I provides direct clinical services as part of a multidisciplinary team, including psychosocial assessments, individual, group, and family therapy, psycho-educational training, and discharge planning. They assist in program development, develop and review treatment plans, and connect clients to community resources. This onsite position requires a Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology, at least one year of therapy experience, and licensure or eligibility for licensure. Key duties include conducting assessments, implementing treatment plans, participating in team conferences, maintaining documentation, providing crisis intervention, and coordinating post-hospitalization care.
