Job Description

We are seeking an active inpatient/outpatient psychiatrist dedicated to adult mental health care in Bakersfield.

  • Enjoy a $20,000 sign-on bonus and a flexible schedule with no weekend calls, plus optional weekend calls for extra pay.
  • Provide inpatient care for ages 13+, 4 hours daily Monday to Friday, sharing workload with experienced PMHNPs.
  • Offer outpatient services for ages 13+, 20 hours weekly in a hybrid setting with a flexible schedule.
