Established FQHC in Philadelphia seeking a permanent, board-certified Physician (Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Med/Peds) to provide primary care primarily in North Philadelphia.

  • Provide direct ambulatory patient care, ensure continuity of care, and participate in after-hours rotations.
  • Focus on wellness promotion and managing chronic illnesses, with responsibility for quality measures and patient retention.
  • Mentor learners and engage in educational activities.
  • Requirements include MD/DO, PA license, board certification or eligibility, and excellent communication skills.
