Full time Family Physician $300-400K

Job Description

Seeking an independent Primary Care Physician for a full-time outpatient practice in San Antonio with no hospital call or weekend work.

This role offers substantial autonomy, supervising mid-level providers, and focuses on patient satisfaction and basic family practice procedures.

Work hours are Monday to Friday, 7am-3pm. Benefits include paid CME, malpractice, virtual scribe, DEA, Board cert MOC, TMB license, IRA, medical insurance, and more.

Compensation ranges from $250,000 to $330,000 annually. No part-time positions; willing to review 10% of mid-levels’ charts.
