Job Description
We are seeking a compassionate Speech and Language Pathologist to provide services for students from preschool to age 22 with moderate/severe disabilities.
Responsibilities include assessments, report writing, IEP development, direct therapy, consults, progress reports, materials prep, AAC support, and supervising SLPA/paraeducators. Provide individual and group speech therapy for grades Pre-K–12, attend IEP and planning meetings, and collaborate with teachers and families. Complete documentation, assessments, and evaluations in compliance with state and federal guidelines. Support total communication methods, participate in multidisciplinary teams, and assist in referrals and accommodations. Maintain caseloads for billing, engage in professional development, and promote ongoing competence. Qualifications: Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology or related field, valid CA credential, preferred CCC from ASHA, experience in educational settings preferred, valid CA driver’s license, and CPI certification.
Details: Full-time position with salary range $68,101–$134,402/year, offering benefits including health, dental, vision, life insurance, and paid time off. Work is in person.
