Family Nurse Practitioner, Manager, (ER and Hospitalist)

Job Description

We seek a skilled Family Nurse Practitioner, Manager, to lead ER and Hospitalist services in a fast-paced hospital setting.

Provide advanced clinical care, assessments, and procedures across diverse patient populations.

Lead multidisciplinary teams in emergency and inpatient care, ensuring high-quality outcomes.

Oversee clinical documentation using EMR/EHR systems, ensuring compliance and accuracy.

Participate in discharge planning, case management, and specialized clinical activities.

Supervise staff training, lead quality improvement initiatives, and promote patient safety.

Manage clinical staff including Nurse Practitioners and providers.

Requirements: Valid FNP license, extensive emergency/hospitalist experience, EMR proficiency, leadership skills, current BLS/ACLS, and excellent communication.

Compensation & Benefits: $130K-$170K/year, 401(k), health/dental/vision insurance, paid time off, relocation assistance.

Location: In person in Fairfax, MO, with preference for candidates willing to relocate or commute.
