Seeking Board Certified Geriatricians, Internists, and Family Practitioners to provide comprehensive on-site medical care in post-acute, rehabilitation, long-term care, and assisted living settings.
Deliver face-to-face primary care services and participate in educational sessions and clinical reviews. Collaborate with Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants. Offer a competitive salary up to $300,000 with incentive pay, along with benefits like health/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), PTO, CME, and professional liability coverage. Qualifications include current medical licensure, D.E.A. certification, and Board eligibility or certification. Available as full-time or part-time roles, with a focus on improving clinical, cultural, and financial outcomes in post-acute care facilities.
