Job Description

Seeking a motivated Operating Room Nurse Manager to oversee surgical care in a fast-paced ambulatory surgery center.

  • Manage and supervise all surgical areas, ensuring high-quality, efficient patient care.
  • Coordinate staffing, monitor clinical standards, and facilitate smooth transitions between procedures.
  • Lead, mentor, and resolve conflicts within the nursing and technical team.
  • Collaborate with administration to maintain operational excellence and compliance.
  • Provide leadership to create a supportive and effective work environment.
