Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate Autonomous Nurse Practitioner to join our mobile healthcare team, providing high-quality patient care across various settings.

  • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including physical exams and health histories.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Manage patients with chronic conditions and educate patients and families on health management and prevention.
  • Ensure HIPAA compliance and maintain patient confidentiality.
  • Participate in utilization management and adhere to infection control protocols.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate care.

    • Ideal candidates have a strong background in wound and critical care, proficiency in medication administration, and familiarity with behavioral health issues. This part-time, contract, or PRN role offers $100/hour, with in-person work focused on improving patient outcomes while maintaining professionalism.
