Job Description

We are seeking a Fellowship Trained Interventional Pain Physician to lead the diagnosis and treatment of chronic pain using advanced, evidence-based protocols.

  • Focus 3-4 days/week on clinic practice across multiple locations, with 1-2 days dedicated to pain procedures in-office and at an ambulatory surgery center.
  • Perform procedures such as Epidural, Facet Block/RFA, MILD, Kyphoplasty, and Vertiflex; optional EMG/Nerve Conduction Studies and ultrasound-guided techniques.
  • Provide leadership in confirming pain sources, developing treatment plans, and coordinating care with other specialists.
  • Ideal candidates include experienced clinicians and new graduates interested in a sought-after specialty.
