Mobile Crisis Clinical Lead

Job Description

Seeking a Crisis Clinical Lead to support a Mobile Crisis team in Augusta, ME, offering a $5,000 sign-on bonus and $35-$38/hour.

Provide clinical guidance, on-call support, and supervise crisis responders.

Review assessments, support staff development, and ensure program compliance.

Collaborate with community partners to deliver coordinated crisis care.

Participate in team-based clinical consultation and quality assurance.

Requirements include a Master’s in a social service field, full or conditional licensure (LCSW, LCPC), and crisis experience preferred. MHRT-CSP certification or ability to obtain within 90 days is needed.
