Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Medical Social Worker (MSW) to join our integrated primary care and behavioral health team.

Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.

Utilize applied behavior analysis and therapeutic techniques to support clients.

Maintain confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for holistic care.

Participate in case management, care coordination, and community referrals.

Requirements: Master’s degree in Social Work, current licensure, knowledge of behavioral health and counseling, experience with diverse populations, and excellent communication skills.

Details: Full-time/part-time, starting at $88,000/year, with benefits including health, dental, vision insurance, paid time off, and professional development. Requires relocation to Wahiawa, HI, and in-person work.
