Job Description

We are seeking a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine MD/DO to serve as the primary clinician in a well-established practice in Jasper, TX. This full-time role involves seeing a diverse patient population through in-person visits and telemedicine, including virtual care and video consultations.

  • Lead onsite with a team of 2 MDs and 5+ FNPs, making clinical assessments supported by organizational resources and decision-making tools.
  • Conduct shared decision-making discussions and develop patient-centered treatment plans with the care team.
  • Require a compassionate, detail-oriented professional skilled in communication, adaptable to a hybrid environment, and comfortable with new technology.

    • Qualifications include MD/DO, certification or eligibility in Family or Internal Medicine, and clinical experience in outpatient primary care. Preferred experience includes high-volume practice, chronic condition management, and outpatient care.
