The Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) provides high-quality care to pediatric patients by evaluating, treating, and developing tailored treatment plans. They communicate effectively with families, physicians, and healthcare teams, while maintaining accurate documentation in medical records. Responsibilities include therapy implementation, discharge planning, testing physical abilities, and coordinating with rehab teams for optimal patient outcomes.
