Florida Licensed Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist

Job Description

Seeking a dedicated Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist for full-time or part-time work as an independent contractor in a multidisciplinary clinic. The role involves managing a steady caseload, conducting assessments, planning and implementing treatment, and collaborating with a team of 12 therapists, including OT and PT. The clinic features sensory gyms and treatment rooms, with documentation handled via a user-friendly EMR system, and all billing managed in-house. Compensation is $50/hour, with paid report writing time and flexible scheduling.

Requirements include a Master’s degree in Communication Disorders with CCC certification or a strong CFY candidate, Florida licensure, and at least 2 years of experience, especially with oral motor, feeding issues, and ASD. Bilingual skills and Medicaid/CMS authorization are a plus. Candidates must be able to assess, diagnose, communicate effectively with parents, and work within a team environment.
