Speech Language Pathologist / Speech Therapist (Home Health)

Job Description

We are a fast-growing home health company seeking to add a dedicated Speech Therapist to our team.

Assess and treat individuals with speech, language, and communication disorders across all ages, especially in pediatric settings.

Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, monitor progress, and adjust as needed.

Educate patients and families on therapy techniques and communication strategies.

Collaborate with healthcare professionals, educators, and caregivers for comprehensive care.

Maintain accurate documentation and stay current with the latest therapy practices.

Requirements: Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, valid licensure, strong knowledge of anatomy and medical terminology, experience with pediatrics preferred, excellent communication skills, and a compassionate approach.

Details: Part-time, PRN, flexible schedule, $70-$85/hour, approximately 5 hours/week, with benefits including 401(k), health/dental/vision insurance, paid time off, and continuing education. Work is on the road, with no nights or weekends.
