Job Description
The Mid-Level Provider (NP/PA) provides independent, holistic, evidence-based care including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and patient counseling in a primary care setting.
Qualifications include a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, active Texas license, relevant clinical experience, BLS certification, and bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
Responsibilites encompass patient assessments, diagnostic testing, procedures, care planning, documentation in Athenahealth, and collaboration with healthcare teams to ensure quality care.
Focus on delivering excellent customer service, maintaining patient confidentiality, managing clinical and non-clinical tasks, and supporting a positive healthcare environment.
Manage practice operations such as inventory, lab follow-up, billing, and compliance with clinic policies.
Work independently, prioritize effectively, and pursue ongoing professional development.
