Job Description
Seeking a Neonatal Advanced Practice Provider (NNP or PA) to lead neonatal resuscitation, develop care plans for NICU infants, and participate in quality improvement and educational activities.
Provide neonatal assessment, manage acute and ongoing care, and perform procedures such as intubation, line placements, and resuscitations.
Deliver family-centered care, communicate with families, and collaborate with the multidisciplinary team.
Assist with transport, telemedicine support, and staff mentorship.
Participate in safety, quality projects, and educational programs, including simulations and committee involvement.
Maintain certifications, licensure, and compliance with regulatory standards.
Requires minimum two years of NICU experience, certification, and proficiency in neonatal procedures. This full-time, exempt role involves 12- or 24-hour shifts with no formal on-call duties, located in Bend, OR.
