Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care in Exeter, CA.

Conduct physical exams and health assessments for patients of all ages.

Develop personalized care plans, perform diagnostics, and interpret results.

Educate patients on health management and disease prevention.

Accurately document encounters in EHR systems and collaborate with healthcare teams.

Maintain compliance with HIPAA and ensure patient confidentiality.

Qualifications: Active FNP or PA license in California, primary care experience preferred, proficiency with EMR, strong clinical and communication skills, and knowledge of coding and documentation.
