Job Description

We are a woman-owned therapeutic services provider in Idaho Falls seeking qualified independent contractor therapists to deliver high-quality mental health care in a modern, supportive environment.

• Conduct individual and family therapy sessions using evidence-based techniques like cognitive behavioral therapy.
• Maintain confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA.
• Stay updated on therapy research and collaborate with healthcare professionals on treatment plans.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment as needed.

Qualifications include a valid license (LPC, LCPC, LMSW, LCSW), experience with developmental disabilities and diverse populations preferred, and strong interpersonal, communication, and independent working skills. Prior experience with children is a plus.

This contract role offers a flexible schedule, with annual pay between $62,000 and $70,000, and includes office space and logistical support. A master’s degree is preferred.
