RN Night House Supervisor

Job Description

We are seeking a 2nd Shift Clinical Coordinator to provide nursing leadership and management coverage during nights, weekends, and holidays to uphold facility standards.

The role involves

overseeing patient care,

serving as a resource and consultant for nursing staff on clinical and operational issues,

assisting with compliance and risk management,

and

fostering positive relationships with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.

Qualifications include a

Bachelor’s degree in nursing (preferred),

RN license issued by the Kansas State Board of Nursing,

certifications in BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, Conscious Sedation, NIH Stroke Scale,

and

1-3 years of nursing experience with supervisory experience recommended.
