Seeking a Full-Time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide primary care in Assisted Living Facilities in Hyannis, MA, and nearby areas.
Perform primary care visits, medication reconciliations, and annual wellness exams five days a week. Examine patients, review records, order diagnostic tests, diagnose conditions, and prescribe medications. Educate patients and families about health conditions, prevention, and treatments. Maintain accurate documentation and oversee patients’ overall health and well-being.
