Job Description
The Therapist I provides direct clinical services as part of a multidisciplinary team, including psychosocial assessments, individual, group, and family therapy, psycho-educational training, discharge planning, and program development.
Requires a Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology and at least one year of therapy experience with all age groups. Must hold or be eligible for relevant licensure, with CPR and de-escalation training provided. Key responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing and reviewing treatment plans, providing therapy, participating in team conferences, maintaining clinical documentation, and coordinating community resources. Provides crisis intervention and supports post-hospitalization care planning.
