Job Description
The Speech Language Pathologist provides speech and language development support to students, collaborating closely with Behavior Analysts and Technicians.
Responsibilities include:
- Conducting screenings and diagnostic evaluations
- Monitoring student progress and participating in evaluations
- Consulting with parents, teachers, and administrators
- Developing and implementing communication strategies and programming modifications
- Providing therapy and follow-up services
- Completing necessary documentation and authorizations
- Maintaining records, ordering supplies, and supervising staff as needed
Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree and CCC-SLP from ASHA
- State licensure and DOE certification
- Experience with children with autism and relevant assessment tools
Additional details:
- Full-time or part-time role based in Columbus, OH
- Salary: $70,000–$80,000/year with benefits
- Requires in-person work, physical ability to lift up to 40 lbs, and relocation if necessary
