Full time Family Physician $300-400K

Job Description

Independent outpatient primary care practice seeking a physician to work in San Antonio with no hospital call or weekend shifts.

Enjoy substantial autonomy supervising mid-level providers and focusing on patient satisfaction, with basic family practice procedures.

Schedule is Monday to Friday, 7am-3pm, with no part-time options. Must be willing to sign off on 10% of mid-level providers’ charts.

Compensation ranges from $250,000 to $330,000 annually, plus benefits including 401(k) matching, health insurance, HSA, malpractice coverage, paid time off, professional development, and relocation assistance.

Work is in person in a full-time role.
