Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Speech and Language Pathologist to provide services for students from preschool to age 22 with moderate/severe disabilities.

  • Responsibilities include assessments, report and IEP writing, direct therapy, consults, progress reports, materials prep, AAC support, and staff collaboration.
  • Provide individual or small group speech therapy for grades Pre-K–12, attend IEPs and planning meetings, and contribute expertise on speech and language disorders.
  • Complete documentation, assessments, and evaluations in compliance with state and federal guidelines.
  • Advise teachers and parents on speech/language development, classroom modifications, and referrals, while supporting SLPA and paraeducators.
  • Assist in total communication methods, participate in IEP, 504, or SST teams, and engage in professional development activities.
  • Manage caseload for billing and maintain professional competence through ongoing education.

  • Qualifications include a Master’s in Speech Language Pathology or related field, valid California credentials, experience preferred, and a valid California driver’s license. This full-time position offers a salary range of $68,101–$134,402 with benefits including health, dental, vision, life insurance, and paid time off.
