Job Description

The Clinical Therapist provides psychosocial assessments, treatment planning, and therapy (individual, group, family) for clients in a community-based behavioral health setting.

Responsibilities include developing assessments within 48 hours, attending team meetings, coordinating services, documenting progress, and ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.

Requirements:

  • Master’s or Doctorate in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related field; licensure (e.g., LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, PhD, PsyD).
  • Experience with SED or SMI/SUD populations (up to 2 years).
  • Knowledge of community resources, strong communication skills, and computer literacy.
  • Valid NM driver’s license and clean driving record.

    Preferred: Bilingual in English/Spanish.
