Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate Counselor to provide mental health support to children and adults using trauma-informed techniques.

Conduct assessments and develop tailored treatment plans.

Utilize trauma-based therapy methods in sessions.

Maintain accurate documentation and collaborate with professionals for comprehensive care.

Monitor and adjust treatment plans to ensure client progress.

Requirements: Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field; experience in mental health counseling preferred; familiarity with documentation; strong interpersonal skills; and ability to work with diverse clients.
Interns/associates must be supervised prior to seeing clients.

Details: Full-time role in Eastland, TX, requiring relocation and in-person work. Compensation starts at $53,000/year, with benefits including health insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and professional development support.
