Seeking a Crisis Clinical Lead to support our Mobile Crisis team in Augusta, ME.

  • Provide clinical guidance, consultation, and on-call support to crisis responders.
  • Review assessments, mentor staff, and ensure compliance with standards.
  • Collaborate with community partners for coordinated crisis care.
  • Support 24/7 operations alongside leadership.
  • Engage directly with individuals in crisis and support staff development.

    • Requirements include a Master’s in a social service field, full licensure (LCSW, LCPC), at least 1 year of mental health experience, and MHRT-CSP certification (training provided if needed).
