Physician MD/DO Full time Established Private Practice

Job Description

We are seeking a family medicine or internal medicine MD/DO to serve as the primary provider in a well-established practice in Jasper, Texas. The role involves in-person patient care and telemedicine, supporting a diverse patient population.

Lead onsite with a team of 2 MDs and 5+ FNPs, conducting clinical assessments and utilizing decision-making software.

Facilitate shared decision-making through in-office and telehealth platforms, including video visits and chat.

Develop patient-centered treatment plans with the care team.

Qualifications: MD/DO, certified or eligible in Family or Internal Medicine, with outpatient and chronic condition management experience preferred. Strong communication, compassion, and adaptability are essential.
