Job Description

We are seeking a full-time LCSW or LCPC to join our outpatient behavioral health team at our Bethalto, IL Health Center.

  • Provide assessment, diagnosis, and therapy for individuals and families.
  • Collaborate with primary care and healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Mentor medical residents and students as appropriate.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to legal standards.
  • Participate in team meetings and care planning within the PCMH model.

    • Qualifications include a Master’s in Social Work or Counseling, valid Illinois license, 2+ years’ experience, and knowledge of evidence-based practices. Bilingual skills are a plus.
