Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care across all ages.

  • Conduct physical exams, health assessments, and develop individualized care plans.
  • Perform diagnostics, interpret results, and manage acute and chronic conditions.
  • Educate patients on health management and disease prevention.
  • Accurately document encounters in EHR systems and collaborate with healthcare teams.
  • Maintain compliance with HIPAA and ensure patient confidentiality.

    • Qualifications include active FNP or PA certification and California licensure. Experience in primary care, proficiency in EMR, and strong clinical and communication skills are preferred. Knowledge of chronic disease management and medical coding is a plus.

    This full-time or part-time role offers a competitive salary starting at $135,200/year, with benefits like 401(k), health/dental/vision insurance, paid time off, tuition reimbursement, and more. The position is based in Exeter, CA, requiring in-person work.
