This organization offers over 50 years of experience in providing child and family services through home and community-based programs, including new Family Intensive Treatment (FIT) services.
Provide intensive, relationship-based services to children, youth, and families with small caseloads and supportive supervision.
Work with a dedicated team, develop meaningful community and family relationships, and participate in ongoing training and career growth.
Flexible part-time (24 hrs/week) and full-time (40 hrs/week) schedules, with comprehensive benefits starting on day one, including health, dental, vision, life insurance, retirement, paid time off, and more.
Qualifications include a Master’s in Human Services or related field, experience in home/community settings, trauma-informed care, and risk assessment. Licensure eligibility is preferred.
Must have a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and pass background checks. Bilingual skills are a plus with additional compensation.
