Job Description

We are seeking a full-time, dual-licensed Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) and Licensed Addiction Counselor (LAC) to join our behavioral health team at a Federally Qualified Health Center in Hamilton, MT.

  • Provide mental health and substance use disorder assessments, diagnosis, treatment planning, and individual counseling in a primary care setting.
  • Collaborate with medical providers to support holistic, whole-person care.
  • Serve diverse and underserved populations, making a meaningful community impact.
  • Requires Montana licensure (LCPC and LAC), at least 1 year of addiction counseling experience, and ability to work in person in Hamilton, MT (relocation required).
