We are seeking an active inpatient/outpatient psychiatrist passionate about mental health care in Bakersfield.
Work alongside a team of board-certified child, adolescent, and adult psychiatrists supporting your professional growth. Inpatient care for ages 13 and up, 4 hours daily (Mon-Fri), shared with an experienced PMHNP, with no weekend calls; optional weekend calls available for extra pay. Flexible outpatient schedule for ages 13+, 20 hours weekly, with a hybrid work model. Offering a $20,000 sign-on bonus, full-time/contract positions, and an annual salary starting at $550,000.
