Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant

Job Description

Seeking two compassionate Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants to support neurosurgical patients in inpatient and outpatient settings.

_Clinic Role:_ Focuses on managing new patients with non-operative spine issues, working closely with neurosurgeons, with increasing independence over time. Occasionally sees follow-up ER patients.

_Surgical Role:_ Assists a neurosurgeon in clinic, surgery, and rounding, including taking call and assisting in operations.

_Common duties:_ Conduct assessments, develop care plans, perform exams, diagnose, prescribe treatments, collaborate with team, educate patients, monitor progress, ensure compliance, document interactions, and participate in quality initiatives.

_Qualifications include a Master’s in Nursing, current certification/licensure, BLS (ACLS preferred), and strong communication skills.
