Seeking a dedicated Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to provide neurological care in post-acute settings such as rehab, SNF, and ALF in Sebring and nearby areas.
Key responsibilities include:
Assessing patient health, diagnosing injuries, and ordering diagnostic tests like CTs and EEGs.
Collaborating with healthcare teams, recommending specialist referrals, and educating patients on treatment options.
Managing medications, documenting care accurately, and staying current with neurological advancements.
Qualifications:
Valid Florida license as ANP or PA, with strong neurological and post-acute care experience preferred.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work within a multidisciplinary team.
Resident of FL or surrounding areas highly preferred.
