Join a dedicated healthcare team as a Nurse Practitioner providing patient care in post-acute facilities on a M-F 9am-5pm schedule.

Manage and coordinate patient care, including conducting rounds, writing orders, and scheduling tests.

Communicate effectively with staff and physicians to ensure quality care.

Maintain accurate records and documentation in electronic medical records.

Participate in training, shadowing, and receive oversight from a Medical Director.

Skills include strong communication, empathy, organization, and teamwork.

Requirements: Nurse Practitioner license, DEA certification, with preferred experience in geriatrics, internal medicine, ICU, or emergency medicine.
