We are seeking a compassionate *Nurse Practitioner (NP)* to join our *Nephrology* team providing care for patients with kidney conditions such as CKD, ESRD, hypertension, and electrolyte disorders.
Evaluate, diagnose, and manage renal-related conditions through assessments, labs, and treatment plans.
Manage dialysis patients and educate patients and families on disease management and prevention.
Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes and ensure documentation compliance.
Qualifications include a Master’s or Doctoral degree, active NP license, national certification, and DEA license eligibility. Experience in nephrology preferred.
