Job Description

The Clinical Therapist role involves providing psychosocial assessments, treatment planning, and individual, group, or family therapy to clients, with services offered in office, home, or community settings.

Responsibilities include developing assessments within 48 hours, attending team meetings, coordinating care, documenting progress, and ensuring compliance with agency and state regulations.

Qualified candidates need a Master’s or Doctorate in a related field, NM licensure (LPCC, LCSW, LMFT, etc.), up to two years of behavioral health experience with SED or SMI/SUD populations, and strong community resource knowledge.

Additional requirements include excellent communication skills, computer literacy, a valid NM driver’s license, and bilingual skills (English/Spanish) preferred.
