Job Description
We are seeking a passionate Speech Language Pathologist to provide relationship-based, neurodiversity-affirming outpatient and early intervention services in Chester County, PA.
Our mission is to support families, caregivers, infants, and toddlers through personalized, strength-based care in natural environments such as homes and community settings.
Responsibilities include assessing patients, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, utilizing therapeutic techniques, monitoring progress, collaborating with healthcare professionals, and coaching families on strategies to enhance development.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree and valid state licensure with CCC
- Minimum 2 years experience in pediatrics, infants, and early intervention
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport with diverse families and manage tasks effectively
Job types include full-time, part-time, contract, PRN, and per diem, with a salary range of $60,000-$80,000 annually.
