Family Nurse Practitioner, Manager, (ER and Hospitalist)

Job Description

We seek an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner, Manager, to lead ER and Hospitalist services in a fast-paced hospital setting.

Provide advanced clinical care, including assessments, procedures, and diagnostics for diverse patient populations.

Lead multidisciplinary teams in emergency and inpatient care, ensuring quality and compliance with EMR/EHR systems.

Supervise staff, oversee documentation, and lead quality improvement initiatives.

Participate in discharge planning, case management, and specialized clinical activities.

Require valid FNP license, extensive emergency/hospitalist experience, leadership skills, and current BLS/ACLS certifications.

This role offers a salary of $130K-$170K, with benefits including health insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and relocation assistance.

Candidates should have at least 1 year of FNP experience, with preference for those able to commute or relocate to Fairfax, MO.
