Job Description

We are hiring a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a hospital-based role in Omak, WA, with coverage in Brewster. The position offers a competitive pay rate of $44–$50/hour (DOE), along with sign-on and retention bonuses up to $10,000, and a $1,000/month housing allowance for the first 6 months.

Caseload involves approximately 25% inpatient and 75% outpatient therapy, treating patients across the lifespan with opportunities for hospital coverage in Brewster. The role emphasizes collaboration within a multidisciplinary team and provides a flexible work environment with unlimited CEUs for professional growth.

Responsibilities include evaluating and treating speech, language, cognition, voice, and swallowing needs, completing documentation, communicating with patients and staff, and supporting program development. Candidates should have a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, be eligible for or hold a Washington SLP license, and preferably possess CCC-SLP credentials; CFY candidates are considered.
