Job Description

Join our dedicated team as a Clinical Therapist in our Crisis Stabilization Unit, providing vital mental health and substance use support.

  • Conduct initial assessments, facilitate person-centered planning, and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Offer individual, family, and group therapy, crisis intervention, and community referrals.
  • Collaborate across disciplines to deliver integrated care and utilize DSM-5 for diagnosis.
  • Create and monitor behavior plans addressing mental health and substance use issues.
  • Respond to crisis calls on rotation and document services accurately in EMR systems.
  • Maintain productivity standards and ensure compliance with all service timelines.

  • Qualifications include a Master’s in Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology with appropriate Michigan licensure, ability to obtain AAS certification, and reliable transportation for client transport. Strong crisis management skills are essential.
