Seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist to provide patient care and support within a therapy department.
Deliver individualized treatment plans to improve speech, language, cognition, and swallowing, including evaluations, therapy, and family education.Communicate with interdisciplinary teams, document services accurately, and contribute to professional development.Supervise clinical staff, manage documentation for regulatory and billing purposes, and ensure compliance with safety standards.Participate in team meetings, collaborate on patient care, and incorporate input from patients, families, and staff.Maintain current knowledge through continuing education and professional activities.
Qualifications include a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, 2-3 years of rehab experience preferred, and licensure/certification in California. Must demonstrate excellent communication, teamwork, and safety practices. Compensation ranges from $58.00 to $62.00 per hour, with benefits including health insurance and relocation assistance.
