Job Description

This full-time Speech Language Pathologist position offers a $4,000 signing bonus, paid school holidays (Fall, Thanksgiving, Winter, Spring breaks), federal holidays, health insurance (medical, dental, vision, life), paid time off, sick leave, 401K, tuition reimbursement, and a health savings account. The 10-month role (August–May) involves providing direct and consultative speech and language therapy to K-12+ students, including AAC users and those with developmental disabilities. Responsibilities include evaluating students, developing individualized plans, programming augmentative communication devices, collaborating in multidisciplinary teams, monitoring progress, and maintaining accurate records for Medicaid billing. Qualifications include a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, valid Arizona certification/license, and background clearance. Preference for AZ Hearing Screening certification. The work environment can be moderate to loud with potential behavioral challenges. Salary is $90,000 annually.
